Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on QA/QE experience
- Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications in production environments
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits into them
- Experience working in a marketplace, two-sided platform, or similarly fast-moving startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve automated testing coverage across our web and mobile products
- Work directly with engineering pods to bake quality checks into the development process
- Lead root-cause investigations when production issues surface
- Strengthen our CI/CD pipeline's testing infrastructure
- Coach engineers on writing better tests and thinking about edge cases earlier
