Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading software teams or major technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively on complex technical initiatives.
- Track record of influencing direction and delivering outcomes across multiple teams.
- Deep fluency with modern AI tools, technologies, and application patterns.
- Strong product thinking, systems-thinking, and problem-framing abilities.
- Proven experience translating user needs and operational insights into reusable products or platforms.
- Ability to align senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and establish a practical approach for discovering, adopting, and scaling AI-native ways of working across teams.
- Lead strategic embedded engagements that connect organizational priorities, user workflows, and reusable AI platform capabilities.
- Translate patterns and insights from teams into platform strategy, architecture, and technical roadmaps.
- Design scalable engagement and adoption models to reduce duplicated effort across teams.
- Partner with engineering and business leaders to align on technical tradeoffs and responsible AI practices.
- Unblock complex, multi-team initiatives by establishing clear decision-making frameworks and evaluation metrics.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting systems thinking and user-centered problem solving.
