Ability to translate field learning into technical requirements.

Shape and manage a quarterly portfolio of embedded AI enablement engagements.
Guide initiatives from workflow discovery through requirements definition, delivery, and adoption.
Identify opportunities to turn successful engagements into scalable capabilities and repeatable practices.
Coordinate AI Platform, product, engineering, data, and security stakeholders.
Establish practical playbooks to facilitate effective AI adoption across the organization.
Lead and coach engineers to combine technical judgment with clear communication.
Translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Track and communicate project outcomes, adoption progress, and blockers to leadership.
