Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills to articulate decisions and challenge practices.
- Solid experience as a Backend Developer, preferably with TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.
- Practical experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and Webhooks.
- Experience orchestrating AI workflows using frameworks like Mastra, LangChain, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with LLM observability and tracing tools such as Langfuse.
- Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services like EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Chunking, and RAG.
- Familiarity with relational, non-relational, and vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, or ChromaDB.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise or B2B technology projects is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Identify technical bottlenecks and ensure end-to-end quality, security, and performance of AI solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to influence architecture and delivery decisions with stakeholders.
- Develop, customize, and deploy AI agents integrated with enterprise ecosystems like ERPs and CRMs.
- Design and implement RAG workflows using vector databases for context-rich AI responses.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize LLM performance regarding cost, latency, and quality using observability tools.
- Collaborate on cloud deployment and infrastructure design on AWS.
