Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience with project management, digital products, Product Ownership, or agile methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of agile ways of working, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools for productivity, requirement structuring, or decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial markets or financial services industry is a plus.
- Previous experience with onboarding processes is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support projects focused on offshore IT onboarding, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct discovery, alignment, and requirements-detailing sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, solution validation, user acceptance testing, and project releases.
- Support roadmap definition, initiative prioritization, and monitoring of project and product evolution indicators.
- Act as a bridge between technology teams, business areas, and stakeholders.
- Manage, prioritize, and monitor project backlogs, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve critical onboarding processes.
- Apply AI-powered productivity and information-analysis tools to support project management.
