Requirements

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B software or technology environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing skills to translate customer pain points into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders and executives.
  • Comfortable leading meetings toward clear outcomes.
  • Initiative and ownership to turn ambiguous requests into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency with marketing and business tools such as Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools.
  • Strong curiosity and customer empathy.
  • Experience in legal technology, law, or corporate legal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market programs, coordinating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure strong market execution and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, battlecards, and talk tracks that equip commercial teams to communicate product value effectively.
  • Gather and apply customer, market, and competitive insights to strengthen positioning, messaging, campaigns, and customer education.
  • Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, events, and digital programs, contributing ideal customer profile insights and data to improve program effectiveness.
  • Build a strong understanding of legal technology buyers, their challenges, and the ways products address their needs, using these insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Lead messaging for product releases, campaigns, and events, providing clear strategic direction and writing marketing copy such as emails and promotional content when needed.
  • Track program performance, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement, using results to optimize activities and improve business impact.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and trends while collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to keep go-to-market initiatives aligned.
  • Manage multiple projects and ambiguous requests with strong ownership, moving initiatives from initial ideas to clear plans, decisions, and execution.
