Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer retention.
- Direct hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) or comparable platforms.
- Deep understanding of campaign structures, bidding mechanics, keyword research, budget optimization, and ROI measurement.
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management and expansion strategies.
- Experience balancing scaled 1:many engagement with strategic 1:1 relationship management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, automation tools, marketing platforms, and analytics solutions.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex advertising concepts.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and set priorities with limited oversight.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own scaled customer success strategies for advertising customers, covering onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Diagnose complex and undefined retention and expansion challenges across the customer portfolio, creating new frameworks where existing processes are insufficient.
- Manage a focused portfolio of direct customer relationships, conducting business reviews and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Drive awareness and adoption of new advertising products, features, and campaign types.
- Evaluate and improve the self-service advertising experience by incorporating customer feedback and usage data.
- Test, measure, and iterate scaled customer success initiatives to track engagement and advertising ROI.
