Job Details

10+ years of professional experience in analytics, marketing measurement, data science, or media analytics.
3+ years of analytics leadership experience, including direct people management and team development.
Strong ability to transform complex analytical findings into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
Significant client-facing experience with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Executive presence to command an audience and model effective client communication.
Subject matter expertise in one or more analytics, measurement, or media domains.
Working familiarity with Python, SQL, and Tableau or comparable tools.
Experience with predictive analytics, ML, or AI models.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Ability to operate independently and constructively challenge established approaches.

Translate complex analytics and media performance data into clear, persuasive narratives for clients.
Develop and shape client strategies centered on customer lifetime value, media performance, and retention.
Advocate for rigorous measurement methodologies, including test- and holdout-based incrementality.
Scale analytics best practices by creating repeatable frameworks and delivery standards.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of analysts, providing feedback and career development.
Define and implement strategic analytics initiatives as a subject matter expert.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Operations to solve client business challenges.
Support the adoption of predictive AI/ML solutions by translating model outputs into actionable business recommendations.
