Job Details

4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results.
Strong technical SEO expertise (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang, canonicalization).
Proven experience developing and implementing on-page SEO strategies.
Practical experience with GEO and content optimization for AI-generated search results.
Ability to independently develop content briefs based on search intent and keyword research.
Strong experience analyzing raw data from Google Search Console, GA4, and server logs.
Proficiency with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Looker Studio.
Ability to translate technical SEO concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
High degree of autonomy and ownership of initiatives.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Experience as the sole or primary SEO specialist is desirable.
Experience with off-page SEO, ASO, or YouTube SEO is a plus.

Lead technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site performance, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, and hreflang.
Analyze data from Google Search Console, GA4, and server logs to identify opportunities and diagnose issues.
Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies covering information architecture, internal linking, and search intent.
Build strategic SEO plans and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and metrics.
Conduct keyword research and create structured, search-intent-driven content briefs.
Develop and evolve GEO strategies to improve visibility across generative search experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Development, and Content teams to implement initiatives.
Report performance metrics focusing on qualified traffic, conversion, and revenue contribution.
