Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services technology.
- 7+ years of experience working in or alongside the Microsoft field.
- Deep understanding of FSI domains: lending, core banking, payments, KYC, AML, fraud, and reconciliation.
- Commercial ownership experience, including priced proposals, defined scopes, and signed SOWs.
- Proven executive presence with ability to communicate effectively with CIOs and CEOs.
- Comfort managing deal sizes of $2-3M+ across multiple towers.
- Experience with Azure architecture (AZ-305 certification preferred or willingness to obtain within six months).
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts: Foundry, Agent 365, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop governance.
- Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical story for Microsoft offerings in financial services across Azure modernization, data foundations, and agentic AI.
- Work with sales and Microsoft account teams to qualify opportunities and position Praxent as the preferred technical partner.
- Own proposal components including pricing, scoping, requirements gathering, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
- Architect project economics, including total cost of ownership, ROI analysis, and Azure consumption modeling.
- Develop technical proofs-of-concept (POCs) in days or hours to secure pursuits.
- Defend AI-native delivery models to technical buyers and stakeholders.
- Package reusable financial services intellectual property and repeatable offerings.
