Requirements
- 7–10+ years of professional experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with a major public cloud, with significant AWS experience preferred.
- 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally with Terraform and/or Terragrunt.
- Proven experience operating AWS at organizational scale, including AWS Organizations and Control Tower.
- Production experience with at least one additional cloud platform, such as Azure or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with cloud IAM, including SSO, SAML, and permission boundaries.
- Strong cloud networking fundamentals (VPC/VNet, DNS, routing, private connectivity).
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Scripting or programming proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash, plus Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Must currently reside in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a multi-account AWS landing zone using Control Tower and Terraform.
- Design and maintain cloud identity and access management using least-privilege principles.
- Operate cloud networking including VPC architecture, routing, and transit connectivity.
- Build self-service infrastructure capabilities for engineering teams to streamline provisioning.
- Develop CI/CD automation for cloud infrastructure to improve deployment consistency and speed.
- Collaborate with Security and FinOps teams to remediate findings and optimize cloud costs.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring architectural standards.
