Requirements
- 10+ years of high-performance experience in Business Development or Real Estate Development.
- Proven track record in a Design-Build, General Contractor or real estate developer environment.
- Deep understanding of Dallas-Fort Worth real estate fundamentals and North Texas developer landscape.
- Technical literacy in robotics, architecture, and advanced material science.
- Established network of local developers, investors, and architectural influencers in the Dallas-Fort Worth corridor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management or related.
- Proficiency in AI tools like Claude and Gemini for research and workflow automation.
- Ability to understand pro-formas, construction cost metrics, and project returns.
Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate market segments like housing, retail, and mixed-use development.
- Lead the regional Go/No-Go process to vet project opportunities.
- Cultivate a high-level network of developers, private equity investors, and architects.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle from visioning to contract signature.
- Conduct high-level financial and technical feasibility assessments for projects.
- Lead the negotiation of complex Design-Build agreements.
- Partner with regulatory teams and local authorities to navigate permitting hurdles.
