Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Significant experience working within a digital marketing agency or SaaS company serving ecommerce businesses.
- Proven track record of personally closing new business and managing high-value opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret commercial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be available during office hours: Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time.
- Ability to work 30-35 hours per week (approximately 140 hours per month).
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales and marketing funnel from lead generation through to signed contracts.
- Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with business growth.
- Audit existing processes to identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Build and lead high-performing, scalable Sales and Marketing teams.
- Establish KPIs, manage departmental budgets, and monitor pipeline health and ROI.
- Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery.
