Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Proven experience supporting global or multi-regional Salesforce deployments with complex user bases and data models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including building and managing portals.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Slack, Docusign, Snowflake).
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards for revenue operations and forecasting.
- Experience leading or participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud) including user management, profiles, roles, and security settings.
- Design, build, and maintain workflows, custom objects, and reports to support global go-to-market operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and improve data quality through deduplication, cleansing, and implementation of data governance best practices.
- Administer integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools such as Slack, marketing automation, and AI platforms.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and releases, including script writing and defect tracking.
- Maintain system documentation and provide training to sales teams.
