Requirements
- Native or fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the Recruitment & Staffing industry.
- Ability to attend 1 day on-site training in Madrid prior to commencing the role.
- Must be able to invoice as an independent freelance professional.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Proficiency with digital recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn.
- Must be based in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer negotiation and placement.
- Proactively source high-calibre candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct professional candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to align on open vacancies, hiring priorities, and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines, placement activity, and client interactions.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity.
