Requirements
- Native or fluent English (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Ability to follow a 1-day training in Lisbon.
- Ability to invoice.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR/staffing role is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable using digital recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage high-calibre candidates across various industries using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search methods.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate outreach through to offer stage and placement confirmation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with the Mercier Consultancy Group team to understand client requirements.
- Write compelling, SEO-optimised job advertisements.
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
