Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or client services.
- 2+ years of direct CRM experience with hands-on support for email, mobile, or customer lifecycle programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Proven project management skills, including managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of email marketing fundamentals including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and testing.
- Strong technical aptitude for understanding CRM platforms, martech ecosystems, and customer data concepts.
- Foundational understanding of business financial principles.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business objectives.
- Flexibility to support critical initiatives, including occasional work outside standard business hours.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other enterprise email platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client partner and overall delivery lead, building trusted relationships.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and end-to-end delivery of complex CRM initiatives, removing obstacles and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Own the CRM delivery roadmap, balancing strategic priorities, marketing calendars, and technical dependencies.
- Partner with Strategy and Decision Sciences teams to translate insights into CRM campaigns, journeys, and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with Development, Marketing Operations, and Loyalty/Gamification teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor campaign health and email performance using KPIs, coordinating teams to maintain execution.
- Prepare and facilitate client meetings including status updates, executive presentations, and roadmap discussions.
- Manage project estimates, timelines, resource plans, and program financial health.
