Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads and short-form video best practices.
- Proficiency in applying motion graphics, transitions, captions and colour grading.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid portfolio or showreel that demonstrates expertise.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos that align with each brand's style and tone of voice.
- Specialise in social media ads (UGC, motion graphics, high-production content).
- Optimise content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms to maximise engagement.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback effectively.
- Stay up to date with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques.
