Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, with a meaningful portion in software engineering.
- Demonstrated background in product or application security (not solely infra or compliance).
- Proficiency in at least one systems or backend language (Rust, Go, C++, or Python).
- Proven track record of building security tooling or automation from scratch.
- Experience conducting or leading security reviews on production software systems.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and tooling.
- Demonstrated interest in AI security and building adversarial testing tools.
- Ability to assess software supply chain risk beyond standard scanning.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation.
- Experience in web3, crypto, or DeFi.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Manage identity and access provisioning, lifecycle operations, and monitoring for critical changes.
- Conduct security reviews including threat modeling, code review, fuzzing, and functional testing.
- Operate bug bounty programs including triage, remediation tracking, and escalation.
- Research AI security and develop adversarial testing frameworks for agent controls.
- Monitor software supply chains for malicious package detection.
- Coordinate external penetration tests from scoping through remediation.
