Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools like RSAT, Leapwork, or Selenium.
- Proven expertise supporting finance modules, specifically Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Management & Accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and identify root causes.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by aligning ERP capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O and CE modules, creating legal entities in line with business specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, regulatory compliance needs, and intercompany relationships.
- Design, implement, and manage test strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE with a focus on test automation.
- Lead functional testing efforts, manage the deployment process, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, close process gaps, and drive business process automation.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems.
