Requirements

- Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues.
- Specific experience in an oncology and/or hematology environment.
- Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a highly professional demeanor under pressure.
- Technically savvy with experience navigating multiple tech platforms.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager for patients facing serious and complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with internal PhD scientists and care coordinators to identify data-supported care options.
- Identify and engage with top medical experts and key opinion leaders to facilitate specialized care.
- Manage complex medical issues and guide patients through optimized, personalized care plans.
- Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and their families.
- Coordinate with external care providers and internal team resources to manage service lines.
- Document case work efficiently using various technology platforms.
