Requirements

  • Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager for patients facing serious and complex medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal PhD scientists and care coordinators to identify data-supported care options.
  • Identify and engage with top medical experts and key opinion leaders to facilitate specialized care.
  • Manage complex medical issues and guide patients through optimized, personalized care plans.
  • Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and their families.
  • Coordinate with external care providers and internal team resources to manage service lines.
  • Document case work efficiently using various technology platforms.
