Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering, product delivery, or technology consulting.
- Proven P&L ownership managing portfolios of $40M+ in annual revenue within a professional services or digital engineering firm.
- Deep understanding of modern software engineering, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery.
- Demonstrated success in executive client relationship management and strategic business development.
- Experience leading AI-enabled delivery transformation or automation initiatives.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in forecasting and resource planning.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing management teams.
- Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
- Availability for travel.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall financial performance and P&L for a $40–50M portfolio, including revenue growth and profitability.
- Serve as the executive delivery sponsor for strategic clients, acting as the primary point of escalation.
- Partner with Client Partners to develop and execute account growth, expansion, and renewal strategies.
- Ensure successful project delivery across Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements.
- Champion the adoption of the Agentic SDLC and AI-enabled engineering practices across the portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Delivery Directors and Product Delivery Managers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Architecture, Finance, and Operations to drive operational consistency.
