Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
- Experience working closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
- Practical understanding of how AI is reshaping analytics workflows, including building guardrails and trust.
- Systems thinker with a track record of building scalable processes.
- Strong ability to prioritize, structure problems, and execute independently in ambiguous environments.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with event-based analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel or similar).
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker or similar).
- Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., dbt).
- Experience with customer data platforms (e.g., Segment or similar).
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and FinOps concepts is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to define and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and instrumentation quality.
- Build and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
- Help establish and document clear metric definitions as a shared source of truth.
- Work within the product analytics stack (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, Looker) to ensure accurate and accessible reporting.
- Build and maintain dbt models for core product entities and behaviors.
- Structure and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs such as support tickets, churn, NPS, and sales feedback.
- Deliver recurring product analytics reporting focused on adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Present analysis and actionable recommendations to product managers and executives.
