5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
Experience working closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
AI-First mentality with practical understanding of operationalizing AI in analytics workflows.
Systems thinker with a track record of building scalable processes.
Builder mindset with the ability to create systems and paths in ambiguous environments.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience with event-based analytics tools such as Mixpanel (or similar).
Experience with BI tools such as Looker (or similar).
Experience with data pipeline tools such as Segment and dbt.
Clear communication skills with experience presenting findings to stakeholders.
Preferred: Domain familiarity with public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and FinOps.

Partner with Engineering to define and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and instrumentation quality.
Build and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
Help establish and document clear metric definitions as a shared source of truth.
Work within product analytics stack (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, Looker) to ensure accurate reporting.
Build and maintain dbt models for core product entities and behaviors.
Help structure and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs such as support, churn, NPS, and sales feedback.
Deliver recurring product analytics reporting covering adoption, engagement, and retention.
Perform analyses that connect product behavior to revenue and retention outcomes.
Leverage and deploy AI tooling to automate workflows and unlock insights.
