Requirements
- 3+ years of strong commercial experience with Python.
- Proven experience with Django REST Framework and FastAPI.
- Hands-on production experience integrating AI solutions, including LLMs and model APIs.
- Strong knowledge of LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval systems.
- Solid experience integrating multiple third-party APIs and external data sources.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
- Experience building scalable and reliable backend systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with automated testing and application monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher — mandatory for daily written and verbal communication with the international team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework and FastAPI.
- Integrate and optimize AI services, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and third-party model APIs.
- Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval mechanisms.
- Implement AI orchestration workflows using LangChain and related frameworks.
- Integrate multiple external APIs and data providers into backend systems.
- Design reliable, maintainable, and high-performance system architectures.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure software quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while continuously improving system reliability and performance.
