- Experience
- 1 year of psychiatry practice is required; three years is a plus.
Requirements
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Board Certification required.
- Master's in Nursing degree.
- Active prescriptive authority in South Carolina.
- Must be licensed and live in South Carolina.
- Minimum 1 year of psychiatry practice.
- Willingness to treat clients 14 years old and up.
- Completion of in-house training and certification exam on ADHD treatment.
- Experience with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients via telemedicine.
- Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
- Create and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans.
- Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools.
- Adhere to Thriveworks clinical practice guidelines.
- Consult with regional clinic directors and staff on programs and services.
