- Proven experience in a performance-oriented recruitment or headhunting environment.
- Expertise in high-volume telephone-based business.
- Excellent communication and rhetorical skills for phone-based candidate management.
- Strong closing mentality focused on successful candidate acquisition.
- Expertise in active sourcing, specifically using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Structured and data-driven approach to work.
- Self-directed and reliable work style.
- Fluent in German.
Responsibilities
- Call new applicants immediately and perform initial qualification.
- Actively hunt for talent for key company positions via LinkedIn.
- Conduct interviews and manage contract negotiations through to signature.
- Document every step of the process in the company CRM.
- Work closely with management to shape the recruitment team.
