Requirements
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or Data Analytics preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume operational role (e.g., Pharmacy Technician, Claims Processing, Benefits Administration, or PBM Operations).
- Proven ability to handle repetitive, high-stakes tasks with zero-defect accuracy.
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
- Experience with SQL for data querying is a significant plus.
- Comfort with G-Suite/MS Office, Slack, Zoom, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred), Zendesk, or Jira (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day processing of Drug Pathway updates, ensuring all operational tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform hands-on data entry and system configuration within adjudication, Admin, and CRM platforms.
- Conduct audits to ensure that the live system reflects our internal clinical and financial standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal "trouble tickets" or operational bottlenecks.
- Resolve data discrepancies and system errors by collaborating directly with Data, Business systems, engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Draft and update clear, step-by-step manuals for how Drug Pathways are managed.
- Assist in the rollout of new pharmacy programs by preparing data files and testing configurations in sandbox environments.
