Requirements
- Master's level degree and active licensure (LCSW).
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish required for bilingual role focus.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Experience with clinical treatment planning.
- Comfortable utilizing telehealth software and video communication tools.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve treatment goals.
- Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant home office space.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-8pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program.
- Utilize comprehensive assessments for patient evaluation.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Partner with clients to help them achieve therapeutic goals.
- Maintain patient safety and HIPAA compliance in a private home-office space.
- Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
