Requirements
- Master's level degree in a relevant field.
- Active, unrestricted clinical licensure (LCSW).
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Experience in treatment planning and conducting assessments.
- Comfort and proficiency with telehealth and video communication software.
- Ability to maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace.
- Availability for a Monday - Friday schedule with specific shift options (9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST).
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services via a telehealth program.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Utilize telehealth software and video communication tools daily.
- Maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance within a home office environment.
