Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Operations, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Experience managing Linux servers and web applications.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity management.
- Knowledge of DNS, SSL/TLS, SQL databases, and REST APIs.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of infrastructure and application security principles.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
- Ability to communicate technical issues effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage SaaS platform production and staging infrastructure, including cloud servers, databases, DNS, and networking.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines for reliable releases.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting for application availability and system health.
- Act as the first point of contact for incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Own backup and disaster recovery systems, ensuring data integrity and documented procedures.
- Maintain cloud and application security, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability monitoring.
