Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within government contracting, healthcare, or IT services.
- Experience with FAR-based contracts, including risk management, quality assurance, earned value reporting, and integrated master scheduling.
- Familiarity with federal contracting terminology, FAR/DFARS, and CPARS reporting.
- HHS/CMS Contractor Information Security, Privacy, and Records Management training.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance or public trust designation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback and make necessary changes for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Direct a team on project deliverables.
- Provide communication to the COR via monthly progress reports, CFM reporting, and quarterly executive briefings.
- Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans.
- Conduct monthly and bi-weekly status meetings with government stakeholders via Microsoft Teams.
- Oversee deliverable reviews, invoice reconciliation, and performance monitoring across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate remotely with Contracting Officers and agency leadership on execution and reporting.
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews using critical thinking.
- Mentor and train new claims processors as needed.
