Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrable depth across the stack.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for complex production interfaces.
- Strong backend engineering experience in Python or Java.
- Proven experience building and operating cloud-native services in AWS.
- Solid API design and integration skills with a focus on data integrity.
- Experience working in healthcare, regulated, or other high-stakes software environments.
- Strong testing discipline with rigorous handling of edge cases and latency.
- Ability to operate in a regulated environment including requirements traceability and validation.
- Independent technical judgment and the ability to own platform components.
Responsibilities
- Build and own React/TypeScript interfaces for clinicians to review cardiac cases and reports.
- Design and maintain backend services in Python or Java including REST APIs and data processing.
- Operate cloud-native services on AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, RDS) in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Integrate clinical systems using FHIR and HL7 standards for data exchange.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and radiologists to shape clinical workflows and ensure software quality.
