Requirements
- Reside and work within one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
- Maintain a consistent, committed weekly schedule.
- Strong knowledge or experience in Reading, Math, Algebra, or ESL/ELL.
- Proficiency with virtual tools such as video, audio, screenshare, whiteboard, and chat.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with Chrome browser.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet space with an educational or blank background.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructional support during live, scheduled sessions.
- Tutor small groups of 1–3 students.
- Build genuine connections with students and create a motivating learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students using the virtual tutoring platform.
- Read and interpret on-screen lesson materials in real time.
- Adapt approach to support diverse learners.
