Requirements
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or Management Science.
- Alternatively, an MBA with active CAPM or PMP certification plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in project management.
- Ability to engage students in an asynchronous online learning environment.
- Commitment to providing timely feedback and instruction.
- Ability to facilitate inclusive and respectful online discussions.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize student engagement by responding to students in a timely manner and reaching out proactively.
- Share field expertise and recommend supplementary materials to enhance course understanding.
- Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback to promote growth.
- Facilitate online discussions to encourage student interaction and open dialogue.
- Create an inclusive, engaging, and respectful online learning environment.
