Requirements
- Possess an independent license to provide mental health counseling services (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Fluent in Spanish to provide therapy services.
- Strong technology skills for remote delivery.
- Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to taking on clients.
- List Gaggle as Additionally Insured.
- 2+ years of counseling experience preferred.
- Dual state certification is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients.
- Provide high-quality mental health support to K-12 students and school staff.
- Maintain a clinical-to-administrative work balance of approximately 90% clinical and 10% administrative tasks.
