Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven or enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in requirements gathering, BRD authoring, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Hands-on experience with business process modeling techniques such as BPMN.
- Proven experience working on projects involving major CRM platforms, Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and coordinate UAT execution and defect triage.
- Understanding of system integrations, data movement, and API connectivity.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge non-technical and engineering teams.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs into BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Map current and future-state processes using BPMN and data flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and developers to ensure requirements traceability.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles, including managing defect triage.
- Evaluate system dependencies and define functional integration requirements for REST APIs and middleware.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Create knowledge-transfer and training materials to support user adoption.
