Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume corporate collections or accounts receivable.
- Strong understanding of billing procedures and end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using third-party collection management systems.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify practical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze client invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Release invoices promptly to optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and working capital.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve account discrepancies and payment disputes.
- Assist customers with payment processing via ACH, lockbox, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams to coordinate and resolve receivable issues.
- Provide cash application documentation and supporting financial information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing and collections efficiency.
