Strong understanding of distributed systems and architectural principles for reliable, scalable software.
Working knowledge of AWS and modern cloud-based development environments.
Strong technical judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and create a culture of ownership.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead, develop, and grow a software engineering team, creating clarity around priorities, expectations, and technical direction.
Set and communicate technical direction across agent harnesses, integrations, developer workflows, and workspace capabilities.
Contribute to architecture, implementation, and important engineering decisions.
Evolve systems for agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, and long-running workflows.
Extend provider-agnostic architecture to adapt as AI models and technologies evolve.
Partner with Product and Design to translate emerging agent capabilities into intuitive developer experiences.
Improve reliability, performance, scalability, and observability across agentic systems.
Coach engineers, provide technical mentorship, and support career development.
Collaborate across engineering teams to build scalable solutions and maintain architectural alignment.
