Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage projects and assignments on behalf of clients, taking ownership of timelines, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
- Provide a broad range of virtual assistance, including scheduling, calendar coordination, email management, research, data entry, lead conversion management, and other administrative or project-based tasks.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, adapting communication style and approach to different personalities, priorities, business needs, and processes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure assignments are completed accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
- Organize multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Approach open-ended requests with initiative by assessing the situation, identifying potential solutions, and proposing a practical plan of action.
- Use critical thinking to identify potential issues, recommend alternative priorities, and raise concerns when a project or client need may require a different approach.
