Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- 2-3 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Sustainability, Environmental or related fields, or analogous experience.
- Knowledge of California or national school bus and/or infrastructure industries.
- Demonstrated experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear language for stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple activities to meet rigorous deadlines.
- Experience with detail-oriented projects.
- Experience designing grant applications is desired.
- Experience with Salesforce and processing reimbursements for zero-emission projects is desired.
Responsibilities
- Support the School Bus Team to implement Electric School Bus Incentive Projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for the incentive processing team and for technical elements including data collection and product/vendor lists.
- Provide customer service to project applicants by explaining complex requirements and processes.
- Administer the joint application process for infrastructure and vehicles in coordination with the Lead Project Manager.
- Work with the internal Salesforce team to implement and maintain the ZESBI incentive processing portal.
- Support the development of project SOPs, internal controls, contract schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor incentive agreements, reimbursements, and project documentation.
