Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience leading a team of clinical staff.
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, virtual environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working with diverse, medically and socially complex pediatric populations.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

- Experience in pediatric, chronic care, or care coordination settings preferred.
- Familiarity with prior authorization processes and payer requirements preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new clinical team members.
- Supervise and manage the performance of nurses, medical assistants, and community health workers.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state nursing board regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage clinical appointments and referrals to external specialists.
- Provide evidence-based education to families regarding chronic condition management.
- Manage medication prior authorization requests and pharmacy coordination.
