Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in financial systems (lending, risk, or fraud) is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance Risk and Fraud detection systems.
- Provide technical direction and shape strategy for the Risk/Fraud team.
- Use SQL to fetch, transform, and manipulate data for model development.
- Write production-grade code to deliver machine learning solutions.
- Apply statistics to design experiments, determine sample sizes, and evaluate performance.
- Partner with the Operations team to respond to evolving events.
