Requirements

Active associate license in North Carolina (LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, or LCSW-A).
At least 500 supervision hours accumulated.
Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth.
Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions.
Capacity to provide a minimum of 5 hours per week.
Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families.
Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases.
Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools.
Customize clinical preferences for client matching.
Manage personal caseload and determine client visit frequency.
