  • 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
  • Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
  • Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.
  • Spanish fluency is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
  • Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard.
  • Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle with a minimum of 5 hours/week.
  • Specialize in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
  • Transition existing private clients to the platform if desired for an improved compensation rate.
