Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in communications, PR, and/or brand leadership.
- Proven track record in high-growth or enterprise technology companies.
- Deep understanding of technology industry and ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Proven success managing PR agencies for measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations experience and established relationships with business/tech journalists.
- Experience building and executing crisis communications plans.
- Proficiency in using data to measure and guide strategy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives, customers, and investors to develop key market narratives and secure buy-in.
- Execute external communications strategy including media plans and press opportunities.
- Own executive voice strategy for press, speeches, op-eds, and thought leadership.
- Lead press relations by managing PR agencies and fostering media relationships.
- Advise the executive team on communications and preparation for high-pressure public engagements.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to amplify campaign impact.
