Job Details

5+ years of experience running social and community for a brand or creator with a proven growth portfolio.
Native fluency in current social formats and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, and TikTok.
Hands-on content creation skills for reels, stories, and short-form video.
Experience in community management, including engagement, comment/DM responses, and segment health maintenance.
Proficiency with AI tools to ideate, script, edit, and repurpose content at volume.
Strong English writing skills with the ability to write in an 'on-voice' manner for specific brand audiences.
Owner's mindset with a high-output, resourceful, and professional approach.
Ability to work independently as a self-sufficient operator in a remote environment.
Reliable remote work setup.
Preferred: Experience growing a founder or personal brand in finance or coaching.
Preferred: Short-form video editing skills using tools like CapCut.
Preferred: Experience with event/live social capture.

Execute all earned-media social content, including reels, posts, and stories, under the EVP's direction.
Develop and maintain the social launch calendar for both brands.
Drive organic distribution and follower growth for the coaching brand.
Manage community engagement across multiple segments, including legacy clients, advisors, comments, and DMs.
Oversee video production, including editing, scripting, and approvals to ensure consistent output.
Manage event-based social capture and distribution across various platforms.
