Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in service coordination, project coordination, project management, or team leadership.
- Previous Team Leader or people management experience is preferred.
- Experience in multifamily/residential property management and/or energy/utilities companies is a major plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and priorities.
- Must be residing in the Philippines.
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps (Wired).
- i5 11th Gen or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
- Back-ups for power or internet provider interruptions.
- Good headset and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects and initiatives through successful completion.
- Lead and provide guidance to team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Communicate project requirements and needs to the development team.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Coordinate regularly with third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve business results.
- Provide project updates and communicate issues or recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
