- 5+ years of creating content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Deep passion for personal finance and financial literacy
- Experience creating and editing content with comfort being on camera
- Proven expertise in platform-native content creation across TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube, and X/Twitter
- Robust understanding of Gen-Z trends
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Highly creative with strong brainstorming skills
Responsibilities
- Become the face of Step’s social content, being on camera talent
- Own the end-to-end organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Identify and tap into emerging trends and tools to maximize the reach and success of our content
- Produce, edit, post, and optimize platform-native content for each channel
- Drive channel optimizations, audience development, engagement, and growth for each platform
- Utilize analytics and data to improve our content and influence the strategy for each platform
