Job Details

Expert-level proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable).
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing across digital formats like web banners, social assets, Google Ads, and landing pages.
Solid understanding of digital asset build and deployment processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop) is advantageous.
Experience working within a B2B marketing context is a significant advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail with a refined eye for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership of work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.

Work within and across existing client Figma boards to create, adapt, and scale digital assets with precision and consistency.
Design a wide range of digital marketing assets including web banners, social media content, Google Ads, and landing page designs.
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling, on-brand digital designs.
Ensure all design output is optimized for its intended digital environment.
Maintain and evolve design consistency across Figma boards by keeping files organized.
Bring creative ideas and design solutions to briefs proactively.
Present design concepts and final deliverables confidently to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Support the wider creative team with design production using Adobe Photoshop.
Stay across digital design trends and platform specifications to ensure output remains current.
